The Hive

With the Metal Jackets’ long and meaningful history as a robotics team, we felt a responsibility to create a space that not only preserves our journey but also supports others who wish to learn from it. That purpose led to the creation of The Hive—a centralized repository for our documentation, technical work, outreach, and STEM contributions.

The Hive functions as a living archive of our evolution as a team. It captures the challenges we’ve faced, the solutions we’ve engineered, and the knowledge we’ve gained over the years. By organizing and maintaining this material, we ensure that every current and future team member can benefit from the experience of those who came before them.

Above all, The Hive strengthens our ability to mentor and uplift other teams. By sharing best practices, technical insights, and proven strategies, we hope to inspire new builders, empower students entering robotics for the first time, and pass on the passion that defines the Metal Jackets.
